First of all, I love Neutrogena. I love most of their cosmetics, but this... this is just a one big disaster. I don't know how they can state that this product oil-free where all I can feel on my face and fingers is pure oil. This is extremely oily formula and you have to wash your face very well after this. And if you make makeup mistakes and try to use it to fix it, you can't reapply makeup in the same place because it's extremely oily in that spot. The only makeup remover I will use!!!
Neutrogena makes the best eye makeup remover I have tried thus far. My eyes are very sensitive and Neutrogena never bothers my eyes. I also do not have a problem with "left-over" mascara or eye liner that I have had with other products. Hands down best makeup remover I've found
I LOVE this product! I have very fair, delicate skin and use dark black eye makeup, and this gets ALL of it off with very little work. I've tried other waterproof makeup removers that either don't work at all, or require so much scrubbing that my eyes are left raw afterward and still don't prevent the raccoon eye look the next morning. This one only takes a few swipes with cotton to completely remove multiple coats of mascara, eyeliner, etc. There were a couple of things to get used to with this makeup remover. First, it can cause some eye irritation if you get more than a tiny bit in your eyes, but that's pretty easy to avoid with a bit of practice. Second, you MUST rinse your skin well after using it to avoid residue and ongoing eye irritation. The first ingredient is a slick silicone oil, and that will leave a greasy residue if not rinsed off. However, it rinses off very easily. Make-up, be gone!
Love is all I have to say about this product. It is efficient and easy to use. It does not leave an oily residue as other make-up removers do. I use this remover almost everyday and never has it failed to remove my mascara in one swipe of a cotton ball. Ever since I bought this product, I have not used a different make-up remover. This is the true original, the best make-up remover in the entire world. However, if not used with caution, this product may cause irritation to the eyes. Overall, I love this product and I recommend it to all women (and men who, um, wear make-up) who wear mascara or anything of that sort. Almost every night I use it, and yet it never fails. Neutrogena is a magnificent line of cosmetics and beauty products, and this concoction helps prove this statement true.0 users found this review helpful.
