Was told to use the men's formula by my dermatologist. This is a common recommendation for women I'm told. After using for 2 months I started to see new growth. Have now been using religiously for 9 months and it's still sparse. However, this new growth is wispy and frizzy. It's pretty hard to style, not wanting to use heavy styling products that weigh down hair. When hair is wet, you can see my scalp just like you could before. Also fuzzy wispy hair is growing on the sides of my face like sideburns and behind my ears. This is a known side effect the dermatologist said would happen.
