Great nutty taste. I use it in my smoothies and yogurt..It adds a wonderful texture...I wanted something to add to what i was eating.. i am going to add it too oatmeal and make pancakes out of it too..It is helping me lose weight and feel full and satisfied which i love-Which is the reason why i got it..The added benefits to eating Flax seed is just a bonus..0 users found this review helpful.
