Product does not last for more than three months. In the beginning it heats quickly and works well. After some use however, the heating is not up to advertised heat time and control handle is large and heavy for the tiny wires which seems to cause the control display to break down and soon start to flash and show an f for failure. I have purchased one and have returned it to get a new one. Unfortunately this one did the very same things. I had kept the box and receipt and took it back to the store I returned the first one and received another. Now again I am going to have to do the same thing. This product needs to be made to withstand the advertised qualities for a reasonable amount of time or please remove from shelf until you can do better. Each pad has lasted approx. 3-4 months. Wish they could get that worked ot then the product would be unmatchable.9 years agoThree to four months isn't hot enough for long enough! Great Features
I had bought one of these from some place else and had to get another. It has 6 heat settings, which is great and an automatic 2hr shutoff. The one thing that surprised me was that the first one was grey and this one was a maroon type color. I never saw anything regarding color,but that was okay. A very nice electric heating pad!
This is my second pad of this exact make and model. The XpressHeat Heating is definitely a plus! The lighted background setting display is new to this model, a nice addition. The cloth covering is the best I've ever had. The only drawback for this pad is the cord is a separate piece that attaches to the pad. It is not all one piece. If separated the cord must be unplugged, then it can be connected to the pad. And only then can it be plugged in the the electric socket. It can be a hassle if you pull on the cord to reposition the pad. Do not pull by the cord. Not an ordinary heating pad
The adjustable settings give a good variety of temperature desired. The controls are simple to operate. It is extremely flexible and the covering is very soft. Great & Bad
I loved this heating pad. No plastic bunching up, all comfortable material. I bought one while I was on a business trip in CA. It was wonderful. Love that I could keep the heat setting on, also has auto shut off. Unfortunately, 3 months after I bought it, it no longer worked. I couldn't get any of my money back or a replacement.
