Yes, I recommendStargazerReviewed 12 years agoI love how fast they melt and taste good too.
These melt tabs seem to work pretty fast for me and put me in a very relaxed mood, if watching tv I seem to fall asleep within half hour, I seem at least can get a few hours at a time with my insomnia, to me it's better than getting no sleep at all. If I wake up after few hours I most likely take another sleep melt to get a whole night's sleep, so I take usually two tablets at night, before I go to bed then maybe another one say four hours later. Over everything OTC I've tried these I like the best.0 users found this review helpful.
