One pill is all it takes and you can go hours and hours. I control when and how long I can go. I do recommend not taking it too soon or you become somewhat hyper. I can feel my blood pressure going up, which is good during, but not so good before. So wait about 1/2 hour before you do it and you'll have fantastic results. If you do 2, you might hyper ventilate, so only take 1 per session.0 users found this review helpful.
