This is, by far, the thickest moleskin I’ve been able to find anywhere. It provides excellent cushioning. I’ve used it to cushion the ball of my feet to help ease pain from metatarsalgia. It has helped immensely. The adhesive sticks to the skin very well… some might say too well! However, if you do any running, the strong adhesive is welcome to prevent the pad from moving. I would highly recommend this product… at least for the type of use I described.0 users found this review helpful.
