How do spell RELIEF
This has been the only product that has tamed my hot flashes. SO much so that when you stop taking it you notice the difference. You have to take it for at least 5 days before you notice a change.0 users found this review helpful.

I bought this product for it's "helps manage irritability" promotion. It has really helped. It also helped the hot flashes even though mine weren't very strong.
