How to get it

Don't buy
It is such a good idea, but does not work. I would get a different temperature three times in a row. I don't just mean a little off, but at one point I got 100.1 and then did it again and got 98.1. Clearly that cannot be accurate...0 users found this review helpful. - SmartestShopperEverReviewed 9 years ago
Very Inaccurate
The idea of a no contact thermometer sounds great. But the technology just isn't there. I have an older "slow read" digital thermometer that has to be placed under the tongue. It's proven to be very accurate by takes 30 seconds to get a reading. With restless impatient sick and feverish children you can imaging this isn't the best solution. A 1 second read no contact thermometer that I just point two to three finger widths from their forehand sounded perfect. However, when my child had a fever of 100.0 according to my old thermometer this one read at 98.1. I tried several times and read all the instructions. It was always reading low usually two degrees low sometimes more. It would be perfect but the technology just isn't there. Don't spend the money. Technically I bought the red one but this blue one looks identical.0 users found this review helpful.
